There is a $20 fee for photo shoots and a additional fee of $20/hour while you are on the property.

Any size Balsam, Grand, Nordman or Turkish fir is $50 or less if tagged. Douglas firs are $40 or less if tagged. Complementary baling and shaking if staffing allows and the tree fits.

Directions:  4.5 miles south of McMinnville on Hwy 18.  Turn right by Farmer John's and keep left onto Oldsville Road.  We're located on the right, just past Yamhill Valley Vineyards.

Google likes to send you to the Vineyard next door or up a private drive (Dusty Lane) past the Erratic Rock State Park.  Look for signs across from the gate. We have the red gate with Sleepy Hollow in white letters, it is between these two locations.
